Citi gives you FICO 8 Bankcard score not the classic FICO 8 so expect some difference. The bankcard score goes upto 950 where the classic only goes to 850.
You are correct that Citi provides a FICO 8 Bankcard Enhanced score, but the scoring range caps out at 900, not 950.
My BCE scores generally run about 20-22 points higher than my Classic 8 scores and I think most people tend to see a similar variance between the two.
