I have Discover, AMEX, Mastercard, Visa and one store card. Got to that mix by random coincidence, not by design. Wish I'd kept by Diner's Club from the 1980s - oh well. The card mix serves my needs but, certainly nothing critical to focus on and no benefit to the Fico scoring algorithm.
