Are there any DP's for a 39% aggregate UTI Threshold on 8 models?
This morning had 1 account update from 48% individual UTI to 46%. Aggregate UTI went from 40% to 39%. This is the only change.
EX Fico8 712-715
EX Auto8 710-713
Ex Bank8 708-712
@Anonymous that's the first DP I've ever heard on that and it is very interesting. Are you sure that all your revolvers are counting? @Anonymous
@Anonymous
Yes, they all seem to be counting.
To be more specific Agg UTI was 39.77% yesterday, today 39.39%

@Anonymous just for giggles recalculate utilization without the BECU for me please. I just noticed they're all in your signature.
@Anonymous
This task lacked giggles, but here you go!
Total CL is $40890
Agg Balance 10/28 $16262
Agg Balance 10/29 $16109
BECU $278/1000
Without BECU Total CL $39890
Agg Balance 10/28 $15984
Agg Balance 10/29 $15831
40.0% Agg UTI 10/28
39.6% Agg UTI 10/29 (This is rounded up, correct?)

@Anonymous thank you for indulging me. I was concerned it was possible maybe the credit union card wasn't counting, but that's obviously not it either. It seems like there's no other explanation except for a threshold there. But it doesn't have to be a utilization threshold; it could be a balance threshold.
But they don't seem like even numbers, even though we don't know where they're at, I would assume they would at least be at even numbers.
Thank you for the data points I have to keep my eyes open and see if anyone else notices one there as well. Community has anyone seen a threshold at these values?
@Anonymous Several questions for you:
-Which platform are you using to check your scores - myfico or someone else?
-To confirm your clean card assumption, your payment history has 0 lates, 0 BKs, 0 PRs, 100% of accounts all paid as agreed, correct?
-Any installments ever, or closed ones?
-No AUs by you or for you, correct?
-For new credit, you only have 1 new account and 1 INQ in last 2 years, correct?
-Is length of credit from FICO, or your calculation?
-Please indicate 2 cards with highest UT and highest CLs
Yes, you have high agg UT. Points are indeed deducted for that.
I feel like something important is missing; data seems to suggest your score should be higher

@Anonymous
-CreditCheckTotal (Experian)
-Confirmed squeaky clean profile
-2 open Installment Accounts, 2 closed Installment Accounts
-No AU's
-2 new accounts in the last 2 years (Revolving and Installment) Both opened Aug 2020
- Inquiries are 2 TU, 1 EQ, 0 EX. All within the last 6 months.
-Cap1 QS $9500 CL, USBank REI $9000 CL
Highest UTI- USBank REI $7442/$9000 82%
Citi Diamond Preffered $2978/$4460 66%
3 other cards with balances below 50%
Again, the USBank should update in the next couple of days at $1452/$9000 @16% UTI. This will cross a few individual thresholds. Aggregate will be down to 25%. Expecting to be close to 740 at that point.
