Just FYI, I looked for any other changes in my report when this happened and did not find them so I must be missing something here, right?

Hi @Anonymous , alerts are not necessarily tied to the reason for score changes. When the CMS provides one of their alerts for balance changes, etc.,(whatever your CMS states they provide alerts for) if your score changed anytime between the last alert you received it will also provide your score change if that happened at some point, but not the reason for it. So whatever caused the score change could have happened anytime between the last and current alert.

You would need to know (a) on which date the score changed, (b) what's in the report the day before the change, and (c) what's in the report the day of the change.
From the alerts, you know (d) none of the above.
