To add myself as a AU

If I add my self to my wife's cc it has a high limit and positive zero balance can this boos my score ?
Will Thai effect my AAOA or if it's a 3 years old it's ok ?

Not all cards report AUs.

Not all cards report the same open date, a few report as new TL.

So if the card report AUs, report the same open date, helps your UTIL and the date is over your current AAoA it will help.

Does it need to be same address the original account as me ?

I would do a search on these threads for the lender who that card is to, and about AU's with them. You will probably find everything you need to know. I'd rather not guess, because they can be different.
