So this is fun. I missed seeing whether the inquiry exclusion was 1 year to the day or 1 year + 1 day by about 15 minutes with the timing of the pull, but oh well such is life.
What is amusing though is seeing the breakpoint between 1 and 0 inquiries, and this is confirmed not only by score but also by reason code change. Gold standard data, enjoy... even if this was the source of an argument between me and another forum member previously, unless it's different by scorecard (kinda doubt that, inquiry binning is inquiry binning) pretty conclusive I think.
Inquiry date: 5/3/16, mortgage pull FWIW though long since past grace period.

FICO 04 Classic reason codes 5/4/17:
Surprised with my file I only got 3 on this one score... guess my file while suck doesn't completely suck? Bodes well for when I get my tax lien off even on TU where I have a late from 10/2015. Also interesting is some differences between FICO 04 Bankcard (BC) where I have this reason code but not on FICO 04 Classic apparently:
2. You've recently opened too many new credit accounts
Fairly indictative at least on an old Bankcard score that there are some reason codes which exist there which aren't in the classic score to tease out some additional weightings... and oh yes, 741 on a mortgage score, BOOYAH!
No change in FICO 8/9, but I didn't have the recently seeking credit tag there either. Also interesting that it was worth so little when on EQ FICO 04 Going from 3->2 or vice versa was worth 7 points.
Score | 5/2/17 | 5/4/17 | Delta |
TU FICO 8 | 731 | 731 | 0 |

Interesting data, thanks for sharing it.
I scooped up 2 inquiries on EX earlier this week while taking 1 on TU and 1 on EQ. My TU and EQ scores remained unchanged with the addition of 1 inquiry each which brought me from 1 scoreable inquiry to 2 scoreable inquiries on those 2 bureaus.
On EX I went from 2 scoreable inquiries to 4 and my FICO 08 score dropped from 822 to 808.
I thought a 14 point drop was pretty significant compared to 0 on the other 2 bureaus. Since there are 2 factors at play on EX here being the total number of inquiries being greater AND adding 2 at the same time it's sort of impossible to know how much each factor played into those 14 points. The slightly good news is that the 2 older scoreable inquiries on EX will become unscoreable in 6 weeks, as will 1 of the 2 on TU and EQ since all of those are from a spree last June. Obviously I'll expect no change to my TU and EQ scores when this happens when I return to 1 scoreable inquiry on those bureaus, but I will definitely see a score change to EX in 6 weeks when 2 of my 4 scoreable inquiries become unscoreable. If I get back 8 points, for example, I can deduce that the addition of 2 inquiries on EX resulted in a 6 point drop where going from 2 to 4 is what resulted in 8 points of the 14 point drop.

What's the age of those recent 2 inquiries? Would be interesting to see how aging overall may affect score overall.
As for Relevate -- it definitely appears that the 1-2 inquiry range hits FICO way less than 3-4. According to other credit forums, at least on a clean file, the difference after those numbers quickly becomes irrelevant to FICO itself but certain prime lenders may take AA with super high inquiries, but there are a handful of folks in the 800 range with 30+ inquiries or more, sometimes on one CRA.
A family member of mine is a major SUB chaser and she has 25 inquiries on two CRAs and she's in the 800s according to FICO 08. Whenever a new card comes out that she qualifes to get a SUB for, she applies and gets it, every time, even with crazy high inquiries.

My 2 most recent inquiries on EX are 2 days old. The 2 other ones are 46 weeks old, so in 6 weeks when they hit 1 year they will become unscoreable, which will drop me back down to 2 scoreable inquiries like I was at 3+ days ago... the only difference, of course, is that my 2 scoreable inquiries are going to now be much more recent rather than nearly a year old.

Data from my mortgage process in the installment loan testing thread, pretty much was conclusive as I went from 3->2->3->2->3 with an exact 7 point shift on Beacon 5.0 each time: FICO 04 there is no aging of inquiries, at all. Full monty entire year.
I don't know if that has changed with FICO 8/9; no way to test this round as I didn't move between 0 and 1 on those scores and also I need my credit for something possibly important next year, so can't afford a random testing inquiry as I might have done in the past.

When I was applying I stopped getting a ding for an inquiry on TU & EX once I hit 14.

I thought the number was much lower like 8 on most FICO models

You may be right...I really started paying attention to it at 14.
Maybe a breakpoint VS 3 too; +7 on TU, not clean datapoint though.
