Good idea. If it's a split, it's a PITA, but it's very fixable.
Do you have any older TU reports for him that are printed out or saved to disk? If the file is split, it's enormously helpful to the CRA if you can supply an older report that has all the TL's. That will help them hunt everything down and paste it back together again.
Yet another excellent reason to hang on to old credit reports!
