i signed up for the 3 credit report/3 credit score and monitoring. i checked my report yesterday, the 16th at 3:30pm pst, and then have tried 3 times to pull the report again, after 4:00pm and the credit report is not dated the 17th, but the 16th. didn't they advertise that you could pull a new credit report everyday (24 hours approx)?... and i then was going to call customer service and talk to them about it, but there is absolutely no customer service phone number that i see. Help?..... thanks!

did you click on the update score/report.  You have to do that every 24 hrs for the changes to your report to take place

that guidance will be very helpful. thanks!.... i however, have had no luck finding the update report/score button. could you show a lost-newbie the way?.. .thanks again!

when I called a few weeks ago, the rep advised me that I can only update all 3 at least 24 hrs apart. on the site, proceed to the credit report section. On the right hand side under the Related items. There is section that states to Update Report. you will get another window, that pops up. Then proceed to update the report. It must be 24 hours apart! A rep walked me thru it. PM is you need some more assistance.
