Given all the other information, that might well be your biggest problem. Getting stuff paid off and a low utilization looks very possible for you, but those lates are going to do damage. It will be less as they age past the two year mark, but they are going to depress your scores
The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid

Midnight voice, should I expect that the increases in score will level off shortly because of the lates.  My scores have really gone up lately, and I was wondering if it would continue to increase (even with the lates) due to my utilization falling under 50% and soon under 30%.

I think the scores will keep increasing with lowering utilization untill you get below 10%. And every year the lates get older there wil probably be a little hike. But with recent lates, and a lot of them, I am not sure how far up they will go
