Is it true one is penalized for having 0% utl? i noticed on my recent score report, i allowed an account to report an 11 balance and my FICO increased 3 points.
Yea. For the best score you want to hold around a 1% UTL. Most will say to have all of your cards at 0% and one card at 1% to maximize your score.
