They aren't the same algorithm unfortunately. It's custom on the bureau's data and a lot of people see this. I don't know why some seemingly core functions produce this but it's in my data too which I've been tracking for a while. Any better analysis would help what the individual card utilization was too before and after.
Also there are small changes which go on each report which might've caused something like this too. End of the day, don't sweat the small changes on one's FICO as there will be some small variation for a while unless you manage to keep your report steady state. Focusing on the small ones is the route to insanity, work on the overall trend over time... up up and away!
