Thought you might already have this if you keep daily records. It's more of an exercise of organizing data into blocks in hopes of isolating impact of factors. However, it is a lot of work and very few people keep detailed daily records. If your scores are sometimes higher at lowest aggregate UT levels and sometimes higher at increased UT levels then something else is influencing the shift in score.
For example, could higher utilization levels on recently opened cards/accounts be treated more harshly than similar utilization levels on established accounts? It's hard to say what else might be at play even when data is segregating into groups or controlled trials are conducted.
1. I do keep daily records, but have too many open accounts to measure each for each of the factors you suggest, without devoting more hours than I have to it.
2. When I am in a position to test what happens generally in my profile with (a) no accounts over 28%, (b) the number of accounts reporting balances more or less constant, and (c) nothing else important going on, I will endeavor to take careful notes of EX FICO 8 changes as I move within the realm of 1/2% to 8.9% utilization (I single out EX because that is the only one in which I can determine in real time what is reporting and what FICO 8 is). But from experience I can predict that the range will be in the neighborhood of 30 points.

OK I've just gotten rid of my 36% balance, picking up 8 points for that, so all of my reporting balances are now 28% or less, the number of accounts with balances is 6 out of 27, and the overall utilization is 5%. I'll now start monitoring EX FICO 8 changes as my overall utilization moves between 1% and 8.9%.
