Received an alert TU score changed. 790 to 840. The only 2 things possible (I guess I'll find out when I received my quarterly 3B report later this week) is that they provided an EE for my lone baddie (30D from Dec 12 on closed acct). I didn’t request it. OR; 1 of the 3 inquiries reaching 1 year on 1/5/19. Neither of which I'd expect to yield such an increase. Am I wrong?
My assumption is its an EE due to the score factor change below.
Util stays under 5%, individual and aggregate. No other aging items I’m aware of that could impact me with AAoA at 11y5m, AoYA at 5m and AoOA at 22y10m. My AAoA may actually drop a few months if an EE was given and the account fell off.
What a nice suprise! ![]()
I think there were some assumptions made on ABCD's data, not that they were all explicit datapoints of additional / removal?

Thanks for you input Thomas_Thumb. I've come to value yours and many others input including those that replied to this post. It sounds like you agree that 50 points for a lone 30D so old is an outlier. Although I understand there are different scorescards for individuals, this still caught me off guard, but I'll defitnely take it. Again, I may be able to better isolate it tomorrow when I get my 3B report from MyFico, although Revelate makes a good point regarding Score Factors. I guess I need more verification since it falls in the 'outlier' category. I'm trying to learn as much as I can although it's likely none can determine the 'absolute' algorithm with so many scorecards and the protection of the algorithm.
I appeciate all responses as I want to learn and undersand. Thank you ALL!
Well confirmed from MyFico report today. TU removed that last late. And correction, the inquiry that reached 1 year on 1/5 was EX only.
Revelate: FICO 4 is now 803. Not sure what my TU MTG score was before but my 10/9 report shows 759 and not much changed in monthly reporting since then with the exception of this month having 5 accounts reporting balances when I usually have 4. I know my EX MTG score took a 7 pt hit moving from 4 to 5.
