There are other changes or the existing changes didn't total up the way you expected. You'd need to carefully review reports before and after. Also, it's not just a matter of additions and deletions but aging and other changes. I'd agree that 9 points isn't worth sweating over. Scores will fluctuate just from normal activity. Set your threshold to worry over larger changes if you're going to fixate on the numbers.

I was just making an observation. I realize that the scores are fluid and move up and down regularly. I was just hoping that the increase in credit lines and drastic decrease in utilization would have had a greater impact on my scores.
However, I realize that I still have a lot of bad baggage. Time is my friend here.
