What was the exact date the score was pulled? Walmart's usually indicate the 2nd or 3rd as the date of the score, but we don't see it until later in the week. Occasionally there can be actions that cause drastic shifts in points, such as paying off a card, or coming close to maxing out an account, for example. Before CreditKarma took away daily updates, it was easier to spot how certain behavior would affect (my own) credit score. I could see increases and decreases very easily.
It appears that both of these are TU? It's also very common for differences in scores across the three bureaus because of information that may or may not be posted to each report.
As another posted has pointed out, they can use different models to interpret the data. Lenders may start with one particular FICO model and tweak based on their own criteria.

Darnit, I was enjoying my Discover-reported 1/21 FICO of 740.
GECRB/WMDC showed 727 in January, and in February (as of the 4th), it's 729.
All of the December-opened accounts are showing... and I was "sloppy" and let a couple of balances hit the credit report, including using 75% of the pathetic Target CL. It'll be paid off in about a week, and the score may rebound.
