I think TT's estimate of ~40 points of drop is about right, but that's no counting the inquiries.  I'm not sure on which bureaus the inquiries landed, but on whichever you received 2+ your chances of a near 50 point drop are pretty strong IMO.

I got you man. I know and I respect the heck out of you!

Don’t think I’m not heeding your advice because I am. We just have some other things going on such as taxes, etc. I’m absolutely following and listening to your directive. Our strategy is 100% improved because of you.

I really do appreciate you sir because you don’t have to tell me a **bleep** thing. But you have and do because your a good person. Thank you- you have no idea how much it means to us! 😊 might be little sitting behind your computer but not to us. You have and are impacting our lives.

OldWiseMan will be expecting his invitation to the house warming party after you close. sandcastle.gif

It's possible that the missus has already seen the inquiry dings.

@Anonymous, your wife's definitely going to want to see her FICO 8 scores grow into the 800 range. With a young profile, she should figure on her mortgage scores being quite a bit lower. Subexistence recently posted his 3B scores. He  has a profile that's a similar age, and his mortgage scores range from 41 to 63 points lower than his FICO 8s.
