What Scoring method is this?

sync bank, formally ge uses this score.. one time for a jcpenny's account my score was 22, another time it was 54. It blew me away at how low they judged me; In anycase, this score model is not a fluke

I have a CITI card and it says it gives me an EQ FICO going up to 900 max
