What does "bank card" refer to here?

One of the sentences you get in your Score Watch report looks like this:

"Number of credit cards: FICO High Achievers have an average of 4 to 5 credit cards (including open and closed cards, bank cards and department store cards)."

What are the bank cards this quote refers to? Do they mean debit cards? And are debit cards ever reported to CRAs?

Major credit cards as opposed to store/gas cards. Visa, MC, etc.

OK, thanks guys. I always thought "bank card" referred to debit cards with the visa/mc logo, but thanks for the explanation.
