Have you got an account under dispute that has a late on it? That's when I get this message. The late still displays on the accounts page, but for scoring purposes, it's as if the formula knows there's something there, but doesn't know when.
Accounts that are being disputed, except for CA's and public records, are temporarily held out from scoring. This is why many people get a score change, either up or down, when a dispute is entered. Surprisingly often the score goes down, because they lose the history from that account, and it turns out the history was helping more than the derog was hurting.
