A while ago someone said that there was more info forthcoming about how alerts really work at MyFico. I am subscribed to ScoreWatch and for a couple of weeks I have known for sure that my FICO score has increased but I didn't know by how much. Since my last alert I had a new inquiry (bad) but also a recent collection deleted (really good.) I was dying to know the net impact on my score but score watch wouldn't budge with any alerts or score changes!! Finally, I used my last score watch report and BAM! I went from 609 to 628!!! The boost is great, but why did I have to burn my last score watch report to find this out?
