When does My Dashboard Update?

Hello,

I was planning on getting the subscription for the $19 month credit monitoring from here in MyFico.

I was wondering when does the dashboard update? Is it every week? Day? Or month?

Like for example, I have Credit Karma and on every Tuesday of the week it updates.

Any info is appreciated.
