Re: When should I expect change in score - Updated

Two things don't sound as I would expect them to from your post above:

  • AoYA increase from 11 months --> 12 months only yielding a 3 point increase.
  • AoYA decreasing from 12 months --> 0 months resulting in a 0 point decrease.

Were you able to pull your scores on 2/10 when you were at 0 scoreable inquiries?  If not, you went from 2 scoreable inquiries to 0 for a day, then back to 2 the following day.  If you did not pull your scores on the middle day, you would expect to see no increase/decrease to your EX scores based on inquiries, as you would have had 2 scoreable both times.

no I didn't pull on 2/10, so yes the inq become a wash.  As far as the increase I only say a 1pt increase in TU and a 4pt increase in EQ.

I also would have thought that with new account reporting and AoYA resetting to 0 I would have seen a drop back down.   There must be something else happening that I am missing.

I would have thought that as well, but if you didn't gain much for your AoYA reaching 12 months for whatever reason, it makes sense that you wouldn't lose much for it dropping back below 12 months.  I can't say that I've seen that before, though, although it could be scorecard assignment related.  Hopefully others have more info on this.
