Which FICO score is usually the highest the Regular FICO score or the Auto Industry option FICO score. What are the differneces between the two?. Thanks in advance.
Various people have reported that when their dealer told them their Auto Fico score it generally was pretty close to their Classic Fico scores from here, sometimes a little higher and sometimes a little lower. Given that it's intended for auto dealers, I presume it gives higher weight to how one has done with auto loans. So a person whose only baddie is an auto repo would likely have a lower auto score, while a person with several bad NON-automotive debts but totally satisfactory history with auto loans would likely have an auto score a bit higher than the regular score.
