The same thing happens to me, so I called myFico customer service and they told me this quirk is the result of your alert settings.
In other words, if you have a setting to alert you every time your balance increases, $5 for example,and have your settings set for an alert at a low %
of balance increase you will get two alerts. For a more detailed explaination call myFICO customer service
