Different banks use and report to different bureaus.
-Bank Card Company A may use TU and EQ
-Bank Card Company B may use all three; TU, EQ, and EX
-Auto Loan Company may use EX
-Collections Agency may report to EX

Thanks Slipper, I watch my credit reports like a hawk, and all 3 are reporting the same information. I have no late and no collection or deragetory information. Exp. is saying that my credit history is short which the other aren't reporting. I do have 2 credit cards with high balances because of balance transfers to lower rate. But all 3 have that info. It's so frustrating!
Any difference in QTY of hard inquiries among the CBs from within the last 12 months?
You are correct - inquiries should have a "relatively" small... but noteworthy impact.
I believe they get lumped into QTY categories. If an anquiry drops off and you are in the same category - no score impact ... but if it results in a move to a lower category (say 5-8), score increases.
My Fico 4 score increased 13 points when an inquiry (my only one) reached 12 months. The other CBs did not show the inquiry and those scores did not change/increase.
I realize something else is affecting your score but thought IQY QTY might be a contributing factor.

Yea I think Experian has 9 while the others are showing 8. But I thought that is supposed to be minor impact.
What is the timing of the inquiries on the bureaus?
How many on each bureau:
EX TU EQ
The last 3 months?
3 to 6 months?
6 months to a year?
1 year to 2 years?
...most spread out about a couple are 2 years old, 4 or 5 about a year and the rest in the last year, when i was shopping a mortgage!
EX is always my lowest too, but I have a collection on it and not on TU or EQ. EQ is always my highest.
That's the frustrating part. The info is identical! I called Experian, they had no clue why such a large spread between them and the EQ and TU. Why can't the public have access to those that are able to do something about and manually look over the report? It seems like the model is on auto pilot and the public have no recourse when it comes scoring!
