Why is my FICO Score Falling

MY CC Util rate is like 1%.

I currently have like a 7.99% rate on my cards. Can I do better than that?

I guess the biggest issue for me at the moment is that there is a 15 point spread between my TU and EQ  FICO scores. The only difference was I got the TU score two weeks ago and it had a small balance on a second card ..less than $200....which didn't raise my CC util rate from where it is now.

Other than that reports are the same...but at least one of my scores didn't go down. TU has always been lower than the other two....not sure why.

By the way..I guess my credit score will probably stay the same for a long while...low 800's...since the avg age of cl is like 6 years which is low avg. Not much I can do about that. Still I guess low 800's ain't bad. Although anally neurotic folks like myself want that 850 score.

So any idea's on how to raise it at the  moment?

Also once my mortgage is paid off in like 5 years..will I my score go down again?
