bad accts removed from report...

I have 6 paid charge offs, here are the dates of last activity (when they were paid in full)

5/03

11/04

11/04

2/05

2/05

2/07

My score is currently right at 683, have mtg, car pmt, and 4 cc's total 9% UTL and perfect history since the list....My score has basically been on hold until those baddies start to drop off.  My question is what kind of score change should I expect when the 5/03 falls off?  WIll it only be a big jump when they are all gone?

With that many derogs, you are going to be in the bad bucket until they are all gone. I wouldn't expect more than a 10 pt jump (if that much) for the first one dropping off. But the important thing is that it's the first step towards getting back where you want to be.

Starting Score: 627 EQ, 621 TU - 11/15/08
Current Score: 778 EQ, 781 TU, 778 EXP 07/20/12 Lender Pull
Goal Score: 800 EQ & TU

Re: bad accts removed from report...

When it comes to negatives, your scores are driven by three factors: severity, frequency, and recency. That Feb 2007 is going to keep hurting you, because it's the most recent, and it's equally severe.

That's why when you're trying to clean up your reports via GW's and PFD'ing, we recommend starting on the most recent and/or most severe first.
