Hello everyone, i have some charge offs that apparently are not included in the utilization while there's one that is and it's killing my score,it's from Sears/CBNA,they keep updating it every month while the others don't.How come some charge offs are included in the utilization and others don't? Thanks in advance.
If the tradeline reports both a balance and a credit limit then it will be included in your FICO revolving utilization. Otherwise it won't be included in utilization.
Thank you for your response dude. : ) This charge off is reporting contradictory information in my opinion.The Date of Last Payment (11/2006) is the same as the DOFD(11/2006) .How can that be? I filed a complaint with the BBB and in their response the furnisher stated that the Date of Last Payment was July 2006,but their are reporting 11/2006 on my EQ.Isn't that a FCRA violation? Thanks in advance. : )
