help with experian

I find their report frustrating to understand at best.  No where is the DOLA and DOFD listed and there is no way to get ahold of a live person to explain it.  So, for experian, they use the DOFD as the fall off date?  and is there anyway to discover what that is on the reports.  I have pulled from myfico and also direct from Experian and can't find the info anywhere.  (their legend in my case is blank at the bottom)

Re: help with experian

well I got a report number by starting a dispute and then I called a number I got here.  Talk about rude!! oh well.  I got my answers.  By end of April I will have many negative accounts gone from my report. Hopefully by June all of my scores will be at 600, which for me is like 850!
