how accuate is fico simulator?

He was kidding. (You are correct, there isn't one. Which is a shame)

That said, when my EQ Fico was 638 I had a cc balance of $567

I paid off $240 and it went up to 658. (No other changes to my EQ file in the last 2 weeks. Only that balance pay-off)

It predicts that if I pay off the remainder (have a $0 balance, or even up to $30 or so) I will hit 678 ++. I will update this thread and let you know if it DOES hit $678 from the current 658 where I am now.

Also, TU has not updated by EX has. It went up 19 points with the same payment and nothing else new hitting the report. Just fyi

Within most buckets it seems better to let $1 report than to let 0. So you may not want to have all accounts report 0 for your experiment.

No, not on each account; just on one or two, with all the rest reporting $0. And don't forget to pay them off after the statement --it's easy to do!

Ah, ok. Ty, guys.

I know that the 12th business day is the statement/report date for First Premier and the last thursday of the Month for Orchard. So, I will act accordingly and always have it seeded during those days. Heck, at this point I will only spend $40/m at most with them and pay asap.

Can't take any chances.
