I am looking for a place i feed my credit report info into and watch as my score goes up or down so I know how to increase my score is there something like this. Also my credit cards are not reporting my available credit doesn't this make my score look like I'm accessing full credit limits?
There is no such place and there never can be such a place, because Fair Isaac charges money every time their proprietary algorithm is computed. The closest approximation available is the "simulator" which you can use after purchasing a report and score from the myfico web site. The simulator will estimate the approximate effect of various changes on your score.

Another option, less precise in score but with more variables, is the FICO Score Estimator:
FICO Credit Score Estimator
Just enter the info from one report at a time. The score range is broader than that of the simulators on your actual reports, but you can tweak more items; for instance, showing the possible effect of a successful GW letter.
When I tried that one just now, it estimated 765-815; my actual scores as of a few days before EX stopped letting myfico sell EX-based scores were TU 791, EQ 797, EX 826, PLUS 812.

My favorite: enter the info on each report, write down the projected ranges; re-enter the same info without the lates, and see where I'd be. Very motivating to write GW letters! But this is useful for those coming up on a credit deadline who are waiting for a PFD'd collection to be removed, etc.
I don't think AAofA is represented realistically on the Estimator. When I plug in my info for next April when I will be PR free I get an estimate of 770-820. Currently I am 720 TU and 696 EQ. I would take 750 across the board but I doubt I get that high with an average age of 4 years 7 months.

Ditto. Mine have said 786-826 with an AAoA barely at 4 yrs.
