Without looking at your entire report there's no way to know if changes to your revolving utilization ( individual cards and total ) are soley responsible for your score changes.

I suppose if your c l were $20, balance was $5 (25%) then increasing by $20 to $25 (125%), it might have that effect.

If you have a question or want input you'll have to be a lot more specific.

What scores?

Where are  you getting them from?

What are your limits and your balances?

No FICO score drops 50 points because someone's balance increased by $20.

@SouthJamaica I'm sorry to say but this has happened to me when I had a thinner file and before I was rebucketed. It appears to happen with younger thin files

No it didn't. No one's FICO scores drop 50 points for adding $20 to the balance.

Until OP answers my questions, we won't know the answer to what really happened in this case.

Re: just dont use your credit cards at all?

We will agree to disagree because I've had it happen to me several times. I've had my balance increase as little as a few dollars more than a previous month and have lost points. The reason given is "your balance has increased on one of your cards" I don't have negatives or COs and have never been late on a payment, so I guess a certain number of profiles are special and only happen to them.
