That gives me more details to help me realize what to expect it's kinda depressing but I got myself into this mess so it's only me to blame. I've learned a valuable lesson on all this which is to keep my neck clean and pay my bills on time. 

It's been a long ride since bankruptcy in 2002 but it looks like its going to be much longer, I might not get good credit for another 8 years from now so all I got is time on my side and lots of disputing. Just tired of hearing the dispute has been verified

np .. I am basically where you will be a little bit down the road. My BK was filed in 1998 and fell off in 2008. I, too, was so impatient and having bad credit really, really bothered me ... but you have to be patient and do the disputes and clear things up. It is a hard lesson to learn, but I promise you that we will both never have bad credit again!

I talk to young people at work ( Im still in the military now ) about credit because I was never educated and it has gotten a lot of positive feedback. This site is invaluable for that ( thanks to everyone on here for your time and knowledge / experiences ).
