I know that credit scores change all the time, but I am confused.
I just recieved an alert from myFICO that my score changed on Equifax. When I logged in, I just found out that I lost 8 points. The lost is based on " you have recently looking for credit- 3.655% on a Mortgage" , I know that I am not looking for a Mortgage. I just pulled my Equifax credit report because I was scared that my info was stolen. Everything on my report is normal, No HP inquiries or any SP or any mortgage added to my report. I do not understand how come I got this alert ... any one know what happened here?

Never seen or heard about anything like that. Tomorrow I'd call EQ and see if you can get some sort of answer. Very strange

Irish80, I called EQ and everything is clear ( what a relief on my end ) What myFICO reported does not make sense. I also called myFICO. The explanation that they gave me do not satisfy my concerns, but I will leave it like this.
