No I have never seen similar.
But then again I've never had an AU card and I've never had a paid off loan showing on one report and not on the other.
Which one is the hither score?
If it is Experian, and it is an older card than the rest of your accounts, it could be driving up the lenth of your credit history, etc..

I consistently have a 26-30 pt difference between my EX and EQ Fico8 scores, with EQ being my highest score and EX being my lowest.
EQ still reports a closed store card from 2010 that has long since dropped off my EX and TU credit reports. This results in a much higher AAoA and AoOA on EQ, though the reasons given about what is hurting my scores are all the same across the three bureaus.
