hipjak, theoretically, if they take the middle score, they throw out the high and the low and take the one in the middle. In your case over 700, so you should be okay. Practically, you need to figure out what's in your report, so that you can assess/address why it's not registering a score. How long have you had credit? Is enough credit reporting to EX to register a score? Have you been able to pull the report, regardless of the score? Can you see what's on it?

On EQ and EX the lowest scores are 300 and on TU it's 336. However, if the file is too thin, then it wouldn't register a score.

Re: o score from EX

My score is 715 and 735 with TU and EQ  i am wondering if the lenders will divide by 3 to obtain the mean score..

hipjak, it's not a mean score, it's a median score. They throw out the high and the low and take the one in the middle. So, 735, 715, 0. They take the 715 as the benchmark for rates and LTV, etc.

The real question is have you looked at the EX report to figure out what's going on? Forget the score, what are the details? Again, if you have enough accounts registering on the report, I would call myfico and see if they can't get down to the bottom of it for you. Seems there might be a glitch...?

FICO scores are 300 to 850, so you can't actually have 0  Smiley Happy

You need to pull your free annual report and see what is what

The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding
But to find a graceful way of staying slid

Hipjak, what are the details of the report? Let's forget about the score for a moment.

Re: o score from EX

there are basically no creditors reporting to this agency so there is really no negative OR positive history.
