So, you have zero creditors reporting anything to EX. However, you have creditors reporting to the other two CRAs, thus the 735 & 715 FICO scores. How many creditors are reporting to the other two and what type of credit is it? Perhaps you can go to those creditors and ask them to report to EX as well.

I'm not doubting what you say, but that is just wacky in this day and age. The only accounts on my reports that aren't on all three are old, old ones, a gas card and a store card. In this day and age, I'm amazed that you have that many creditors that don't report. I know that some still don't report to all three, but ALL of your accounts??

Have you examined really closely your demographics on EX? One digit off on your SSN, and nothing would report. The same might well happen with a name variation, maybe even an address variation. I'd get out my magnifying glass and compare the info on all three reports, letter by letter, digit by digit.

The alternative is that your EX report has split, and all that's showing is the empty part, but EX is the one with the stable reports, so I doubt that.

Re: o score from EX

Alright, that's crazy. It seems like there is some glitch that happened to your accounts. Somehow, you got erased from EX. There is no way that you have all of those accounts and each creditor only reports to EQ & TU.

Do you have any old CRs from EX that you can show them to get your file rebuilt? I wouldn't work with the front-line reps on this. You need special handling.

Peep the following thread to get a list of names to contact.

Re: o score from EX

my address is wrong... it says West intead of East.. i tried to have this corrected but the animated service said it was because that was the address given to them by 1 or more creditors.. perhaps with different phone #'s i can get to the bottom of this.. thank you  Ed

Re: o score from EX

Prepare to fax in property tax records, utility bills, and so forth --anything that shows your full address. You might want to check all your accounts, and see which one or ones have the wrong address, and start working on it from that angle.

I have a ridiculously long address, and one of the 5 (!) words in it is "West." One of my son's credit reports has East instead, and I guess I'd better get him working on it. I think it was EQ, though, and they're not as fussy as EX.

I hope that's the problem, and that it can be fixed relatively easily. Although I hear that EX can be a bear on the simplest issues.

If they want accurate reporting, then they ought to fix their error. They are causing people problems when they screw up, so given all of that info, they should do it, or get sued.
