Yes the 3B report gives you a bunch of scoring models.

Yes. Only the 3 main scores are refreshed frequently. All the other scores are refreshed only when you get your 3B report. Most people have the product that gives you this report every 90 days. SouthJ (who also just responded) has a slightly more expensive version that gives him his scores/reports every 30 days.

In view of your highly frugal nature, I'm surprised you would characterize a $10 per month difference as only "slightly" more expensive
In any event, there's a special targeted offer going on where one can get it for the same price as the ultimate 3b.
That was funny. :-)
Actually, my feeling is that IF somebody is willing to shell out the outrageous bank-account-busting budget-destroying amount of $30 a month, then that person really outta go all the way and get the 30-day deal rather than the 90-day one.
Seriously I think the 30-day refresh package that you have is WAY better.
My feeling is that the 90 day package is a hangover from the way the CMS market was 24 months ago. Back then, few credit card issuers were giving free FICO scores and even then you could only get the TU score. It was also impossible to get a free EX report more than once a year. So at that time, the quarterly package was still a good deal.
Now the market for monitoring one's reports and scores is very different. (Free FICO 8s everywhere, free reports everywhere, etc.) The 30 day package (coupled with adding in FICO 9 scores) was absolutely the right move for myFICO.
Hey.
How do you switch from Ultimate 3b to Premier? Do you have to sign up for one and cancel the other or do they have an upgrade option?
Thanks,
SB
I believe that what I have heard is that you have to cancel the Ultimate (so save all your past reports to PDFs) and then you enroll in the Premier. Your history (I believe) does not transfer over.
SouthJ may know the answer.
Just as a point of reference this is no longer available.
Lady I spoke to said it was only available for about a month. I don't think she liked it but I told her that with all of the credit cards offering actual fico scores now they're just about doing themselves out of a product. If I can keep updates each month from my different cards - and they're FicOs not Fakos - then their Ultimate 3B just isn't serving a purpose. I hope they see the writing on the wall and decide to add in the Premier 3B permanently.
Or maybe it's time to just cancel the subscription. I'll give it another month or two, then make the decision. But thought I would let you know that the product isn't available right now.

Unlike you I decided that I was willing to spend money on this hobby.
