score interpretations

my scores are as follows:

EX 667

EQ 689

TU 711

im trying to find an apartment and having a difficult time because of a 2 yr old bk.  are the scores holding me back or is it the bk?  Ive had no credit problems since the bk, no rental issues or utilities disputes to speak of and no late payments..... (scratching my head)

I would say it's the BK otherwise your scores are pretty good. Have you tried offering several months of rent up front?

Also try a reference letter from current or past rentals.
