unable to update credit report on my fico due to score?

hello, today have been trying to update my free monthly report but i keep receiving an error message when i try to do it :

Important Information

We regret we are unable to fulfill your order request because your credit report does not contain the minimum information required to calculate your FICO® Score 8. In order to receive a valid FICO® Score, the credit report must have:

• At least one account opened for six months or more, and
• At least one account that has been reported to the credit bureau within the past six months, and
• No indication of deceased on the credit report (Please note, if you share an account with another person this may affect you if the other account holder is reported deceased)

backstory, i had about 7 derogs from ~7 years ago. they have been gradually falling off my report 2 so far and the rest should be within a month or 2. these old records falling off my report is  what is causing my issue? im stuck in a loop where it send me an email saying this same problem with a link to attempt to update manually, the manual link doesnt function either and gives same error.  why is it unable to generate a new report because its unable ot generate a new score? shouldnt they be seperate? do i have to buy a report from the other reporting agencies to get anything?

is there anything else on your reports?

start by getting free copies of your full reports: https://www.annualcreditreport.com/ 

if everything is off of your report, you won't have anything to generate as far as a FICO score is concerned

@defidot @Do you have any accounts that meet the criteria in the three bullet points under Important information?.

the issue is that its not letting me run any reports so i dont know if i have any accounts. last month i had 5 open. would be strange for all 5 to fallof in one month when especially considering that many of them arent hitting their 7 year  falloff mark until november-january. i also tried to buy an upgrade now to get the transunion etc but it keeps failing ciing the same issue. also attemped to go to the free credit report link but it needs a u.s phone number to verify which i dont have acces too right now

@defidot  I am of the opinion that you do not have an account that meets the criteria in the 3 bulletin points under important information .  The second bullet point is the basis for that opinion.  Two questions:

1) Is the address you used to try to obtain the credit report the same address used to obtain the credit that is about to fall off the credit report? Yes or No

2) Have you tried obtain credit since those accounts went derogatory?

I would use the link in @GZG  post to pull your credit report.
