A Member showing as a Visitor

Hi All,

I was wondering if there is an error in my account setup or I am not doing something correctly.  I am listed as being a visitor but have a full member account.  Any ideas on how to get this to reflect me as a member?

Hi, No i signed up around a year ago.  I believe it shows my begin date as July 2020
