Ability to Insert Images Gone?

For those of you who were having issues, can you please check again.  I tried waving my magic wand to fix this but may need to get support involved.

It looks like your magic wand has some excellent powers.  In my case, the "Insert/Edit Image" button has found its way home.

I'm still having the issue - Also, any attempts to edit my signature result in the removal of any image tags... Is this something you could fix?
