Hello anyone and everyone, longtime lurker here!
Apparently, some time ago I created a myFico account to buy a report, though I barely remember it. I recently rediscovered myFico and have found the sage and wonderful advice here on credit rebuilding to be indispensible. So, I created an account unaware that I already had one from a few years back I guess.
The problem started today when I subscribed to the monthly service, and tried entering my SSN. I couldn't because I had already one in that older account that I wasn't aware of. So I located the information and logged in but no credit report. That is tied to my new account. My question after making a long story long..
Is there a way to delete the older account completely so that I can add my social security number to the new one and retreive my credit report?

customer service would probably be more help with this. should be an easy fix.
