CSS broken?

Suddenly the title bar and footer are all messed up on the site and the fonts don't look right either.  Is the CSS being updated or did something get broken?

 

Seeing the same in both Firefox and Chrome.

I pretend to work, they pretend to pay me. I have pretend credit cards with pretend limits, so I can pretend to buy pretend things and pretend to pay the bills.

Looks like it's back to normal now.

 

 

 

I pretend to work, they pretend to pay me. I have pretend credit cards with pretend limits, so I can pretend to buy pretend things and pretend to pay the bills.
