Hi @Fated4Credit, to quote a post you'll need to tap the 'quote' button before typing your reply. If you're using a mobile browser you'll need to change to the desktop site to see the button.

As for the @mention, that will be activated for you once you're at the rank of 'Senior Contributor' or higher.
