Cant get access to the product I just purchased

I just purchased the 3 scores and reports, got a confirmation, and cannot get access to the report.

 

Has anyone have this issue?

American Express: Platinum Charge, Optima, Business Gold, Delta Business Reserve, Business Cash, Business Plus
Barclays: Arrival+ WEMC (Closed)
Capital One: Savor WEMC, Venture X Visa Infinite
Chase: Freedom U Visa Signature, CSR Visa Infinite
Citibank: AAdvantage Platinum WEMC
Elan/US Bank: Fidelity Visa Signature
Credit Union: Cash Back Visa Signature
FICO 08: Score decrease between 26-41 points after auto payoff (11.01.21) FICO as of 12.24, EX: 816 / EQ: 825 / TU: 818

I am in the same boat. Purchased the the full package with monitoring and nothing showed.

I have the same issue.  Opened ticket with support.

I received am email saying I was givin a refund. Then tells me I should do all three separate. How did this help solve the issue of no scores or monitoring? It makes me feel they do not care about the issue and I can do something else instead of the one I really wanted. Oh well, corpaorate America customer service at it;s best.
