Earlier this week Comcast started flagging inbound notification emails from the Community Mailer (mailer@us.khoros-mail.com) as being spam. This includes normal system generated emails like those generated when kudos are given or when private messages have been received. I'm not the only person on the site that is experiencing this.
I already opened up a case with the MF support team and the response I received was that there's nothing that MF can do when it comes to the provider labeling these emails as spam. From an infrastructure perspective that wouldn't be quite accurate and by way of feedback the response as phrased frankly doesn't give me much confidence that this was forwarded to the correct group internally never mind that Khoros was actually engaged to investigate and assist.
