Credit Reports Missing

Love the product so far!

However, I purchased the TransUnion and Experian reports in addition to my ScoreWatch subscription. The reports showed up and I was able to view them right along with my Equifax report. But now they have suddenly disappeared and are replaced by ??? marks. What is going on? When one purchases additional reports, are they only online for a MONTH?

I'm afraid so, if you buy through FICO Standard or FICO Credit Complete. Ouch --I learned this the hard way too.

If you pull scores through the Suze product, they display for 12 months. You pay for three at a time, but you can choose which report(s) to pull, and when. So you can pull 3 EX's over time, 2 TU's and an EX, etc. It's probably the best combo with SW, because you can leave the EQ score out of it.

Re: Credit Reports Missing

Thanks so much for your response.

Amazing -- an otherwise excellent web product, really buttoned-up from everything I've seen, is critically flawed. It absolutely makes no sense that the other reports aren't available forever to a paying subscriber. Talk about an Achilles heel. I called customer service about it and that was pointless.

Re: Credit Reports Missing

I think that I read on another thread here that they're trying to extend this time period.

I agree, because for 7 months of the year, 30 days won't even get you through an entire month. So if I ever develop the self-restraint to pull monthly, timing it for after a certain card is updated on all three, more than half the time I wouldn't have the previous month's report to compare to.
