Hi everyone,
As stated in the title, my score watch has not updated since January 2014. I became suspicious of this about 1.5 months ago and decided to access my remaining Score Watch report. The screen populates saying that it is not available right now and if I continue to have this issue to report an Error 700 via email. I have sent the email and have yet to receive a response.
I called MyFico and they stated the error is with Equifax due to "fradulent activity"; and, I must contact Equifax to correct. Called Equifax and I do not have any fraud alerts or activity on my account.
Has anyone else had this issue? If so, can you give advice on how to fix? The only historical post I have seen regarding this topic was "resolved" by the user cancelling their account.
