Experian not updating

I bought the 3B credit monitoring back in September of last year. For some reason Experian has not reported a balance change on any of my accounts for the past month and a half. There have been several balances updated on each of the other 2 bureaus since. The dashboard used to show a somewhat recent score, but has now reverted back to showing my score when I first signed up. It says Experian score as of Sept. 27, 2014. What is going on with my Experian score?

Also, i have a subscription to Experians monitoring as well, and it has been updating continuosly and showing all the balance changes on that site. Just the one here on MyFico seems stuck.

Have you tried calling support to see what the problem is?

I have the same.  No issues so far.  I would give them a call.

I called today. They didn't go into detail as to what the problem was other than saying "There is an issue on our end". They did provide a promo code for a new Experian report which "jump started" my account back to updating the correct score at least. It never did bring up any of the balance change alerts that it should have, but that is okay. I have a new Experian report which I can look at, so I am happy.
